Dear Drummoyne PS community,
It is my pleasure to invite you to join us for the 2026 Drummoyne Public School Fete.
Our annual fete has long been a much-loved community event, bringing together families, friends, neighbours and local businesses for a day of fun, connection and celebration. While it is an important fundraiser for our school, it is also a wonderful reminder that Drummoyne Public School sits at the heart of a connected and vibrant community.
Every day, I am inspired by the generosity and community spirit that surrounds our school and this is exemplified each year when hundreds of volunteers, sponsors and supporters give their time and energy to make the fete possible. It is a true reflection of what can be achieved when a community comes together with a shared purpose.
There will be something for everyone to enjoy, from exciting rides and games to delicious food, market stalls, live entertainment and performances from our talented students, as well as students from neighbouring schools. Whether you’re a current family, a former student, a local resident or simply visiting for the day, we would love to see you there.
By joining us, you’re not only enjoying a fantastic day out, but also helping to support the opportunities and experiences we provide for our students. More importantly, you’re helping to celebrate the strong community spirit that makes Drummoyne such a wonderful place to live, learn and belong.
On behalf of everyone at Drummoyne Public School, I warmly invite you to join us for what promises to be another fantastic fete. I look forward to seeing you there.
Warm regards
John Nguyen, Principal

We are seeking sponsorship and monetary donations from our school business community to contribute to our fundraising efforts. Contributions help to fund items our teaching staff have identified as the most impactful on our kids’ learning and wellbeing. This includes playground/infrastructure upgrades, modern learning furniture and digital technology (ie. new student laptops, robotics and STEM resources).
A recent example of the impact of our fundraising is the $240 000 playground upgrade project, co-funded by the P&C and the school, with additional support from a successful NSW Government grant secured by the P&C. The new playground equipment will be installed before the end of the year, providing an exciting new play space for our students.

If you are interested in supporting the Fete either as a 2027 sponsor, a stall holder or contributor of prizes please contact: SPONSORSHIP@DRUMMOYNEPUBLICSCHOOL.COM.AU
And thank you to all our generous sponsors so far!

received. (Plus the kids love seeing their parents help out!)
